My grandpa died on New Year's Day this year. At times, it's hard to believe he's gone. Here are some things he taught me: work hard every day, love your spouse (he and my grandma were married 66 years), never get into debt (he paid cash for every car he bought as well as every house he built), if you have to do something, do it right now, save your money for a rainy day, move often (his hobby was building new homes and moving into them : ), be honest in all you do, and there's always time for an OU football game. I'll miss you Gramps - I love you!!!

So sorry to hear the passing of your Gramps. I think losing grandparents is so hard, especially when you love them so much and they've made such a difference in your life. It sounds like he did that for you.
